At Shoe Addiction, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and accurately. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.


Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed due to carrier delays, weather, or operational issues.


Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

Shoe Addiction is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Returned packages due to address errors may require additional reshipping fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Shoe Addiction is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to file a claim.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

🔁 REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Shoe Addiction

At Shoe Addiction, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Approved returns will receive either:

  • An exchange, or

  • Store credit in the form of a digital gift card.


Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With original packaging

Any item showing signs of wear, use, odor, scuffs, or damage will not be accepted.


Exchange or Store Credit Options

Once your return is approved, you may choose:

  • An exchange for another size or item, or

  • Store credit for the value of the returned item (excluding shipping).

Store credit never expires and may be used online or in-store.


Return Process

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Clearance items

  • Sale items

  • Promotional items

  • Worn or damaged items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.


Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, exchanges or store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.
